what is remote blogging anyway?

Remote blogging is yet another geek proprogated term which makes little sense to most humans. It simply means that if you have multiple blogs (say one on blogspot, another on wordpress.com etc) then you can write a post once and send it to all your blogs with in a single click.

Remote blogging is not for everybody. But many bloggers routinely maintain multiple blogs and want to be able to "cross post" across blogs. So for those folks People Aggregator should come as a welcome relief!

Don't know much about PeopleAggregator ... but if it's only about remote blogging ... don't most of the blogging applications which use XML-RPC (MetaWeblog API) or Blogger api already post to multiple blog on a single click.

Gaurav.. as one of the popular indian bloggers on the net, please write about the reservation policy(divide-and-rule policy) of the govt. We are trying to get everyone involved in the protests on a common platform to be able to organise the protests better and make our voices heard, at antireservation.org. We need all the indian blogger's support for it!

Manik - remote blogging is just one feature in People Aggregator. Apps like Flickr already support it too. We are using outputthis.org as a single location for storing all your blogging targets.

Hemant - so much has already been said about this topic! I will wait to see how the govt. responds to the various protests and then comment.
