I have gone thru the articles from where ur Email ID is extracted.
I have a problem that seems to be a case of Penis Dysfunction. I have been living in this condition for a decade as of now. I have been trying since my teenage days to share my problems and today i feel that i have reached the right person with whom i can share all my problems. The problem started when i was just young trying to have sex with my galfriend. I was trying my best to insert my erected penile to her hole but suddenly in the process something goes wrong with my penis (i.e. i felt that my penis has been divided into two from within). Since that day sex is something which is more or less not possible for me. My penis gets erect but not hard enough to perform sex. My penis even if erected cant be pushed in, since it got bend 90 degree either upward or downward.

Can surgery correct ED?
Surgery for erection problems is frequently chosen when non-surgical treatments and psychotherapy have not been effective. Surgical approaches include penile implants, which can be very successful and produce satisfactory results in 80 to 90% of men, and repairs to the vascular system in the penis. So what does surgery entail?

A bendable rod can be implanted into the penis. This makes the penis rigid enough to have sex, yet leaves it flexible enough to be tucked away in your pants unobtrusively.

A cylinder may be implanted that extends when fluid from a reservoir tucked under the abdominal muscle is pumped into it. This is done by manually squeezing a small pump that is connected to the reservoir and implanted into the scrotum.

While implants mean that you can avoid using drugs, they do require surgery and all the risks normally related to surgery: adverse reaction to anaesthesia, possible blood loss, and infection. About two percent of implants have to be removed as a result of infection. In five to 10% of cases there may be mechanical failure of the device, in which case a second operation is necessary for repair or removal. Urologists perform most penile implants, and cost can range from about R6 000 to more than R20 000, depending on the type of implant.

Surgery to repair or remove blood vessels of the penis may be appropriate in the case of a young man who suffers erectile dysfunction as a result of injury, such as a car accident. In older men, it tends to be more difficult to repair damaged blood vessels, as damage may be extensive. These specialised blood vessel repair (revascularisation) operations should be done by specially trained urologic surgeons.

Is there any scope for a person who have got his penile dysfunctioned to resume sex life? Is there anyway to have it corrected through surgery or implants? Pls give me an answer to this query

Pleasr tell me my penis size is in normal condition 2" and when is erect is size is 5" but its very sort size so when i enlarge my penis i am very tens about it please help me out,
and tell me the normal size and when is erect the size is what in genarel case.

Sir,
I am 31 years now, my age 15 may penis have small bend towards left but i tried to corrent my penis in my hand hardly right, but the result, now it too much bend and it is partely dead in the down area other side is ok. what can i do for this? it is now wake up fully condion. give me suitable answer.
