I requested for a braod band connection from singapore for two weeks duration . It takes AIRTEl 7 days to connect and 7 days to disconnect What a way to serve the customer. I was offered at Rs 500/ and a limit of 1 gb but never told facts.Nor any information is complete.

The Chief Executive hides under " We cannot give you telephone number"

The answers are bloody arrogant answers and I do not give a damn.

My attempts to reach anyone in airtel have prooved futile.

I shall be publishing my details in any journal i seem appropriate as to how AIRTEL is hoodwinking the innocent public in India.

BSNL is much better service provider and standards have improved a lot.

Why AIRTEL Executives hide like cockroaches ?

India has a long way to go before catching up with any country . Forget of being a world power.

I have airtel service in Delhi.

Airtel was convicted of fraud with public and paid a big fine. Court Order from Indian Judges is always poor quality (not like in USA-I practiced law for 10 years in india & it is shame on Indian Judges, court system, their damage awards given for violation of your rights....)and never complete in all aspects. hence Airtelnever refunded the money cheated from people.

Office people in Okhla Phase III do not tell you full info and are arrogant like in any typical big corporation or Govt. Office.

The DSL system is slow even in unlimited 699 plan and fails too often and some of the repair People in the field assigned to take care of this are liars like I found at Airtel Okhla Phase I. I did not take 999 plan which is same as 699 with few additional feature, but price difference is too big for my small office setup in delhi.

Overall compared to MTNL slow donkies and always looking for bribe Begging, I would rather put up with Airtel.

I contacted Airtel's Vikaspuri office for installing broadband service at my LIG Hastsal, Uttam Nagar residence in Delhi. They told me that this service is not available in that area. Then I enquired for installing at Charak Sadan, Vikaspuri. But there also they refused it.
There after I sent an Email to Airtel through their official website around 1st week of March,2008 but till 10th March atleast I did not receive any response on either my email or mobile. If atall they do not provide such service then atleast they should not up their ads and also remove it from their website.

I am using your airtel broadband connection for last 2 years. but know the services you provided is really horrible the speed is also very slow & recently I call to your customer department they sagest to change a plan so I did after 4 day's some body call and told me that plan is not for your area. I just wana ask you guys have a schemes as in area wise not for the whole Delhi its very ridicules.

i am using tata broadband its realy fast & good.
